Nature: Coincheur is a web (and mobile) application of the coinche / contrée belote card game played against an artificial intelligence, with training tools. The game offers no winnings and no real money.

2. Purpose of the Terms

These terms govern the use of the Service. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

3. Access to the Service

The Service is available free of charge. It may be funded by advertising and may, in time, offer optional purchases (for example "Ad-free"). The publisher strives to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, updates, technical incidents).

4. Use

The Service is provided for personal and recreational use. You undertake not to misuse its operation, not to attempt to compromise it (security, integrity), nor to use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The application, its code, its texts, its design, its game engine and its educational content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher. Coinche, as a game, is in the public domain; however, its implementation and Coincheur's content may not be reproduced without authorization.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. The game is local-first: your progress stays on your device.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranty of being error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.

8. Links and third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services (audience measurement, and in time advertising). These third parties are responsible for their own processing, described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. In accordance with the applicable regulations, you may use a consumer mediator.
